**Job Title: Tele Calling Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads to support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate information or solutions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and customer satisfaction.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics and ensure consistent customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Must be Graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers can also apply).
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
- Fluency in Punjabi and English.
**Key Competencies**:
- Positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and performance-driven.
**Salary: As per industry standards**
**Working Hours: 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM IST**
