**Provider Reimbursement (AR Caller)**

Job Title/Designation: Specialist - Provider Reimbursement (AR Caller).

Job Location: Coimbatore.

Shift: Night Shift (06:30PM to 09:30 AM).

It is **Work From Office** option.

Role Description:
Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow-up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.

Review provider claims that have not been paid by insurance companies.

To check the appropriateness of the insurance information given by the patient if it is inadequate or unclear.

To manage outbound calls in a timely manner to payer.

Understand insurance scenarios and analyze / identify root cause of the denial claims which has to result for payment either from insurance/patient.

Referring to the client guidelines and to adhere to the same.

Maintains a current knowledge of payer specific regulations.

Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims.

Ensuring the compliance with all the insurance carriers in claims submission and other areas.

Post cash and write off the contractual adjustments accordingly while working on the accounts.

Meeting daily/weekly and monthly targets set for an individual.

Key Deliverable's:
Individual is performing efficiently and in line with the SLA's

Maintain the quality standards as per SLA's

Every assignment being completed within the timelines and being responsive to communicate any dependency that could impact the deliverable's

Effective Team player

Should undergo continues training to get updated on the process changes

Ensure HIPAA Compliance's are followed effectively.

**Experience & Qualifications**:
Qualification: Graduation/equivalent combination of education or equivalent experience.

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years.

**Knowledge Skill Sets**

Strong Oral & Written Communication skills.
Calling Experience.
Exercise understanding of claims and payer rules.
Proficiency in the use of Computer and MS Office suite.
