KG Invicta Services (KGiS) is hiring AR Callers / Sr. AR Callers - Radiology specialty in Coimbatore

We are looking for professionals with 2.5+ years of experience in RCM/AR Calling to join our growing team.

Location: Coimbatore

Shift: Night (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM) | 5 days a week, fixed weekly offs

Education: Any Graduate

What you'll do:

  • Call insurance companies to obtain claim status

  • Analyze denial reasons and take corrective actions

  • Work on denial management and prepare appeal packages

  • Perform claim status checks through insurance web portals

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience in the Radiology specialty

  • Knowledge of appeals and denial handling

  • Familiarity with ECW (eClinicalWorks) – added advantage

  • Good knowledge of MS Office
