**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive online traffic.
- **SEO and SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to enhance visibility and achieve higher search rankings.
- **Social Media Management**: Oversee and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve strategies.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve business objectives.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all digital channels.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

**Your Profile**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the [industry/sector].
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO tools, CRM software, and social media management tools.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Creativity**: Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and engaging digital marketing campaigns.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- **Project Management**: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
