**Job Summary**: The Finance Executive is a key member of the finance team responsible for managing financial activities, analyzing financial data, and supporting the organization's financial goals. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and the efficient use of resources.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and keep transactions on a day to day basis.
- Prepare and track E-way bills
- Verify compliance issues with respect to Warehouse operations
- Identity cost saving measures
- Inventory control and physical verification of assets
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Collaborate in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Prepare, maintain, audit, financial, accounting, auditing,
- Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified
- Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures
- To maintain vouchers, invoices, receipts and payments.
- Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received or resolved
- Coordinate tasks and work with other departments; serve as a departmental role model or mentor; assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards
- Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees

**Qualifications**:
MCOM/MBA with 1-3Years experience

Technical Skills

Well versed in accounting terms, accounting rules and practices.

Good knowledge in Tally, EXCEL and capable of understanding various ERP.

Decent working knowledge in MS Office Suite.

Soft Skills

Good communications and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a professional team member in a culturally diverse environment.
