The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist is an entry level position responsible for assisting in providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi’s financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is to utilize knowledge of broad work area procedures and activities to complete tasks related to financial report preparation and communication. **Responsibilities**: - Perform moderately complex clerical assignments related to financial planning and analysis - Assist in monitoring staff performing routine clerical or administrative work - Seek out new options to enhance productivity in accordance with Citi guidelines - Service products and services as needed - Assist in communicating moderately complex information and provide support to ensure comprehension **Qualifications**: - 2-4 years of relevant experience - Basic knowledge of the organization, the business, and its policies - Proficiency in PowerPoint preferred - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education**: - CA/CFA/MBA with 2-4 years of work experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
