Job Description Develop and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business objectives. Provide detailed financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. Prepare and present financial models, including scenario planning and variance analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and improve financial performance. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them to enhance operational efficiency. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals. Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and efficiency. The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A role should have: Charted Accountant (CA) Minimum 10 - 14 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Candidate should have extensive experience in the manufacturing industry Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and modelling. Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards. Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and tools. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
