**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Understand customer needs and explain project details clearly and convincingly.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Schedule appointments for site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead conversion targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Good verbal communication skills in [Insert languages - e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi].
- Confident, persuasive, and polite on the phone.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is an added advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
