Structured hybrid role:
Introduction
A Technical Scrum Master / Analyst who will manage one of the key scrums as part of data platform programme which involves building a new Data mesh solution involving hydration of current source data to AWS S3 as well as building out our Data Domains for integration into multiple consumer channels across Private Bank and Wealth.

What will you be doing?
- Provide clear and structured status updates to various stakeholders including Run The Bank (RTB), Data Sources, Consumers, Technical teams and WDP Management Team.
- Facilitating scrum calls, backlog prioritisation, retrospective and other events
- Active participation in Data Analysis function including adhering to team standards, performing peer reviews, participating in knowledge share and updating key artefacts.

What we’re looking for:

- Scrum Master / Agile experience
- Data analysis skills in a data lake/data mesh/ warehouse environment
- Strong SQL skills
- Jira experience
- Stakeholder Management experience
- Strongly desirable: AWS, S3, AWS Glue experience

Qualifications: Graduate preferably with a technology based degree.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Experience of working in a Financial domain
- Understanding of Data Modelling principles
- Understanding of ETL principles including data mappings
