**Job Title**: Sales Executive**Job Location**: Pimpri Chinchwad, Maharashtra, India**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree in any field (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields)
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

**Salary Range**: ₹35,001 - ₹40,000 per month**Job Type**: Full-Time**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Generation**:

- Identify potential clients and generate leads for products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and customers.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales goals.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products/services.
- Stay updated with market trends, competition, and product features to provide accurate information to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations for potential customers when required.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to optimize sales strategies.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, quotations, and sales forecasts to management.
- Ensure timely documentation of sales agreements and contracts.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of sales software (CRM tools, Excel, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
