**About the role**

Location : #L1 Hybrid

Your responsibilities include but not are limited to:

- Champion significant projects and business initiatives, demonstrating creativity and ingenuity to meet the agreed standards
- Collaborate with CSOC in support of Cybersecurity Threat Monitoring from deployed toolsets
- Focused attention on Exception Management
- Streamline and/or simply Ops tasks with automation
- Effectively manage global security agent software deployment and drive remediation efforts when gaps are reported
- Coordinate crisis management with relevant stakeholders, if required
- Drive Service Management efforts by leading External resources managing day to day (BAU) operations

**Role Requirements**
- 10 plus years of experience in IT security engineering including: Endpoint Security and Data Protection
- Prior experience with one or more Endpoint and Data Protection technologies including but not limited to AV, XDR, DLP, Data Masking
- Understanding of scripting languages for collaboration on automation demands
- Background in Security Operations, processes, solutions and technologies
