**Responsibilities**:
Network Expansion:

- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to understand network expansion targets and objectives.
- Identify potential on-ground agents through lead calling
- Reach out to potential on-ground agents through outbound calls and other communication channels.
- Explain the benefits of joining our network and address any queries or concerns they may have.
- Persuasively communicate the value proposition to potential agents to encourage their participation.

Task Execution:

- Coordinate with on-ground agents to assign and delegate tasks as per the projects.
- Provide clear instructions and ensure that tasks are understood and executed accurately.
- Regularly follow up with agents to monitor task progress and ensure timely completion.
- Resolve any issues or obstacles faced by agents in task execution by liaising with relevant teams.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of experience in a tele-calling or sales profile, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage potential agents effectively.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets or similar goals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Willingness to occasionally travel on-ground for agent interactions.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
