**JOB DESCRIPTION**

1. Oversee accounts payables and liaise with vendors to address any bills & payment issues.

2. Co-ordinate with third party audit agency and internal audit agency for smooth bill checking process.

3. Manage a team of technical bill checking persons & projects store in-charge for smooth bill checking process for Injectable & OSD related project sites.

4. Follow up with HR to check on vendor bill status for HR related compliances.

5. Track & monitor on daily basis Bill & Material report for bills and GRN with stores person at site.

6. Check & final Release Service entry of bills prepared by site engineer in SAP for OSD & Injectable projects.

7. Execute MIR transactions for all invoices in SAP system for OSD & Injectable projects.

8. Coordinate with other departments (GDSO, Finance etc.) to ensure billing and payments are done to vendors smoothly.

9. Provide monthly data of submitted invoices to finance and credit notes from vendors.

10. Raising Capex for IT related equipment’s
