**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods. Ensure accurate stock levels are maintained, and implement inventory tracking systems to monitor stock movements.
- **Stock Control**: Ensure all items in the store are adequately stocked, properly labeled, and stored in the appropriate location. Perform regular stock checks and reconciliations to avoid discrepancies.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Lead and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Ensure housekeeping staff follow proper procedures for cleaning, safety, and guest service.
- Assign daily tasks to team members and monitor the progress of work.
- **Cleaning Standards**:

- Ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to the established standards.
- Oversee the cleaning of offices, restrooms, public spaces, corridors, and special areas like kitchens or medical rooms (if applicable).
- Perform regular inspections of rooms and facilities to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and overall maintenance.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain and control the inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Order new supplies as necessary and ensure that inventory levels are adequate.
- Ensure the proper use of cleaning products and equipment to avoid damage and wastage.
- **Staff Training & Development**:

- Conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety standards, and guest service.
- Promote safety standards to prevent accidents, injuries, and the spread of infection.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Guest/Client Interaction**:

- Ensure that guests' or clients’ needs regarding housekeeping services are met promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to cleanliness and resolve them effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring quality housekeeping services.
- **Quality Control & Reporting**:

- Perform periodic inspections of rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to check cleanliness and overall maintenance.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping operations, including any issues, inventory needs, or staff performance.
- Maintain records of staff attendance, shifts, and any related operational details.
- **Safety & Hygiene Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals and equipment use.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Ensure proper waste management practices are followed and that hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
- **Schedule Management**:

- Develop and manage the housekeeping team’s daily and weekly schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Plan and implement special cleaning services, including seasonal deep cleans or post-event cleaning, as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in hospitality management, facility management, or a related field is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with housekeeping management software (optional but beneficial).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a hotel, healthcare, or large facility environment.
- Certification in hospitality or cleaning management.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (depending on the region).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
