**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Visit potential customers and demonstrate products or services.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of sales activities using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly KRI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
- Comfortable in Speaking English, Hindi and Marathi.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
