Responsible for physical security operations at the site.
- Training of Security Guards and Deployed Manpower.
- Responsible for the discipline of security staff deployed on the site.
- Handing the queries and concerns and issues of the guards.
- Handling the disputes and grievances of the guards and clients.
- Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal).
- Conduct regular site visits.
- Works effectively with all clients and maintains effective relationships with all clients.
- Review and make recommendations regarding safety/security requirements of the clients.
- Conduct an initial security training needs assessment and regular needs assessments for new and emergent threats.
- Managing manpower requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
