**Job Description - Solution Architect**
**Position**: Solution Architect
**Experience Required**: 15+ years

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and own the **end-to-end solution architecture** for the ODL & LP platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Establish and enforce **best practices for Web Security**, including secure coding standards, authentication/authorization frameworks, encryption, and compliance with InfoSec requirements.
- Collaborate with **Business Analysts** to translate business needs into technical designs and ensure user stories are technically feasible with clear acceptance criteria.
- Partner with **Tech Leads and Developers** to review designs, code, and PRs; ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and coding standards.
- Lead **root cause analysis (RCA)** for critical issues, ensuring preventive measures and design improvements.
- Work with the **QA and DevOps teams** to establish strong practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (including clients, partners and vendors) to understand business and functional requirements and expectations and translate them into technical designs and architectures for implementation by the various teams.
- Provide thought leadership on **AI-driven automation, process optimization, and monitoring** to reduce manual interventions and enhance delivery quality.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the client, representing technical solutions, risks, and mitigation strategies.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 7+ years in **solution architecture / enterprise architecture**.
- Strong expertise in **.NET /.NET Core** technologies, API architecture, and cloud-native designs.
- Proven knowledge of **Web Security standards and frameworks** (OWASP, SAST/DAST, penetration testing, secrets management, identity & access management).
- Hands-on experience with **microservices, event-driven architectures, and API gateways**.
- Familiarity with **CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)**.
- Strong understanding of **release management**, InfoSec approvals, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to **bridge business and technology**.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of driving **process discipline and accountability** across teams.

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to speak fluently in English and communicate directly with partners, vendors and customers.

**Nice to Have**
- Exposure to **AI-driven solutions** for software development, QA automation, anomaly detection, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in **multi-region deployments** and handling production releases with global teams.
- Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum processes** and ability to play a mentorship role for BAs, Tech Leads, and Developers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
