**Job Summary**:
**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Master’s degree (M.A) in History, Political Science, or a related field.
- B.Ed. (mandatory) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in History & Political Science in a reputed CBSE-affiliated residential school.
- Excellent command over English with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and technology in education.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement skills.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest changes in CBSE syllabus and teaching methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach History and Political Science to students of Classes XI and XII, following the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments that align with CBSE guidelines.
- Foster an engaging and interactive learning environment that enhances students’ understanding of concepts.
- Guide students in solving complex problems, case studies, and project work.
- Prepare students for board examinations by conducting regular assessments, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Integrate modern teaching methodologies, including technology-based learning tools.
- Mentor and counsel students to help them achieve academic excellence and career guidance.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in faculty meetings, and contribute to school activities.
- Maintain discipline and promote ethical and professional conduct among students.
- Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with curriculum changes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,500.00 - ₹45,300.00 per month
