**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our manufacturing company. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth by promoting and selling our manufactured products to industrial and commercial clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Provide product knowledge and technical support as required.
- **Product Promotion and Negotiation**:

- Present, promote, and demonstrate products to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.
- **Reporting and Coordination**:

- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and customer databases (e.g., CRM).
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements to optimize performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in industrial or B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Technical background or experience in engineering sales.
- Familiarity with supply chain and industrial distribution channels.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
