**About the Role**:
Assist with the recruitment, and onboarding process and work closely with the case managers in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of onboarding is fully always covered and under control. Responsibilities will include the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Interview Scheduling for the recruitment team
- Support with job advert postings aligned with global templates
- Maintaining trackers and Dashboards, using this data to create reports when requested
- Maintaining accurate data records within recruitment/HR systems
- Administrative support for visa documentation where necessary
- Support with ad hoc projects or assistance when required

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow and enforce process
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence people
- Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate with external teams
- Strong prioritization and time management skills to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to multi-task: executing requests, investigating queries, and reporting
- Ability to work in a team or as an individual to manage own workload confidently
