Key Responsibilities - Coordinate and network with various Government Ministries and Agencies in the skill development arena such as MNRE, NSDC, NCVET, SCGJ, PSSC, and various skill development councils. Identify and build partnerships with these agencies. - Navigate through bureaucratic red tape to achieve TPSDI's business and skill development objectives. - Work with various TPSDI training centres and stakeholders to implement government skill development programs. - Liaise with key stakeholders, both external and internal, including vocational schools, ITIs, NGOs, and with government agencies such as the NSDC and other similar agencies for smooth enrolment of trainees in different portals. - Track, manage, report, and work with reports and data. Report regularly on the progress and impact of these govt. interventions. - Manage placements and recruitment process for TPSDI’s trainees. Desired Qualifications - Experience of coordinating and networking with various Government Ministries and Agencies. - Degree/diploma in management and/or social work, Ideal Educational fit: Degree/Diploma in a technical field (preferably Electrical/Mechanical Engineering) with an additional Degree/Diploma in Management/Social Work - Experience of coordinating and networking with various Government Ministries and Agencies is necessary - Experience in managing and implementing training programs under government schemes. - Experience in managing the recruitment and placement process for trainees is placement coordinator for Govt. Training Programs under Skill Development / ITI / Diploma / Degree college. - Work experience in power and energy sector will be good to have. - Computer literate with good proficiency in using MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint. - Effective communication, training, and presentation skills. Skills & Attributes - Strong communication skill and Stakeholder management and relationship building - Proven experience in working with government departments and agencies and meeting business goals. - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint and other presentation tools. - Ability to present information in clear and presentable formats - Strong organizational management and people skills. - Ability to deal with various stakeholders, build and leverage relationships to grow TPSDI’s business interests. - Ability to multitask - Willingness to travel across India. Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,395.51 per month Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
