**IBP Career Coach Overview**:

- Assist students with resume and cover letter preparation and with interviewing techniques
- Research career fields and industries as well as job market information and incorporate it into career coaching appointments
- Work specifically with “deciding” students on career and life design planning
- Perform similar or related duties as assigned or required
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through effective counseling as per the timelines
- Should have the ability to handle end-to-end sales cycle
- Writing. This job is primarily outward-facing. You need to produce engaging content that can help launch a million careers.
- Plan and implement student recruitment activities for technical programs
- Assist prospective students with career exploration activities and career assessments
- Provide guidance to students regarding career choices
- Provide prospective students with information regarding the current job market trends in career choices
- Provide guidance on internet career search and planning.
- Assesses and improves participant engagement, utilizes, and identifies government tools to develop participant profiles.
- Ensures timely completion of required documentation and reports.
- Ensures regular, timely follow-up with clients.

**What do we look for?**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Career Coach
- Management experience OR desire and passion for managing
- Excellent communication skills

**Annual Salary offered for this position: 10% to 15% Hike on Present CTC**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹14,737.66 - ₹40,967.85 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
