HVAC site supervisors have many responsibilities, including:

- **Managing work**Overseeing HVAC trades and contractors, assigning work orders, and coordinating work with other departments
- **Inspecting and repairing**Ensuring work is completed safely and according to standards, and repairing or modifying equipment as needed
- **Planning maintenance**Analyzing work orders to prioritize repairs and maintenance, and planning the required work
- **Ordering supplies**Determining the parts, materials, and supplies needed for repairs, and ordering them
- **Monitoring work**Ensuring work is completed on time and according to standards, and assisting with complicated jobs
- **Training staff**Providing guidance and training to staff on methods and procedures
- **Negotiating**Negotiating with vendors to get cost estimates for repairs, replacements, and installation
- **Managing procurement**Preparing RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs for maintenance work, and reviewing and authorizing purchase orders
- **Analyzing data**Collecting and analyzing data, such as utility costs and usage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
