**Job Type**: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HVAC Project

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee daily HVAC installation activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to achieve project objectives within established timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor work quality, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment on-site
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquires, providing updates and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure all on site personal adhere to relevant regulations.
- Gererate and maintain detailed reports on site progress, issues and resolutions.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
- 2-3 years of experience in HVAC site supervision
- Solid understanding of HVAC system, Installation processes, and industry best practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement and enforce them.
