
Field Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Field Marketing Strategy**:
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall marketing and sales objectives.
- Identify target audiences, key markets, and regions for field marketing activities.
**2. Campaign Execution**:
- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, including events, trade shows, roadshows, and experiential marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, and marketing) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Manage logistics, budgets, and timelines for field marketing initiatives.
**3. Lead Generation and Conversion**:
- Drive lead generation efforts through field marketing activities and ensure proper follow-up with sales teams.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
**4. Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand regional market needs and tailor campaigns accordingly.
**5. Brand Representation**:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and representation across all field marketing activities.
- Act as the face of the company at events, engaging with prospects and customers to promote the brand.

- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, including ROI, lead conversion rates, and customer engagement.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful field marketing campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
