- Answering Customer Phone calls dealing with customer service inquires.
- Arranging sales appointments,
- Providing information to the sales team
- Creating and processing sales orders managing customer accounts.
- Performing data entry tasks as necessary.
- Administrative work as required.
- Experience in operating tools like CRM and ERP.
- Good command of working with MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.
