College Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits, community meetings, and door-to-door outreach to mobilize eligible youth (ages 18-35) for the Retail Management course.
- Liaise with local schools, colleges, NGOs, and employment exchanges to generate leads.
- Clearly communicate the benefits of the program, including job placement opportunities after training.
- Assist in organizing mobilization events, job fairs, awareness camps, and roadshows.
- Collaborate with the training and placement teams to ensure quality intake and support job placement outcomes.
- Submit daily/weekly mobilization reports and meet enrollment targets as per project guidelines.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- A graduate degree is mandatory and required for this position.
- 1+ years of experience in mobilization, community outreach, or sales/marketing, preferably in the skill development or education sector.
- Good understanding of local geography, youth mindset, and community networks in Delhi.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi/English and local dialects.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in field conditions.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
