Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data recovery processes are in place.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring appropriate access controls are implemented.
- Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux server environments.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of network protocols and services (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, MCSE, RHCE) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
