**Job Overview**

As an **SEO Executive**, you will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies that improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and enhance overall search engine rankings. You will collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure all digital content is optimized for search engines and user experience.

**Location**: Gurgaon (WFO)

**Working Days**:Monday to Saturday (2 Working Saturday per month)

**Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & Implementation**
- Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
- Conduct keyword research and implement effective SEO techniques for content optimization.
- Optimize website structure, URLs, metadata, and internal linking to enhance search performance.
- Ensure SEO best practices are applied across all digital assets, including landing pages, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

**Technical SEO & Website Optimization**
- Perform website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues, including crawl errors, broken links, and page speed improvements.
- Optimize site architecture, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup for better indexing.
- Work closely with developers to implement technical SEO enhancements and ensure website performance aligns with search engine requirements.

**Content Optimization & Link Building**
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with search intent.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies to increase domain authority and improve rankings.
- Monitor backlinks and disavow toxic links to maintain a healthy link profile.

**SEO Analytics & Reporting**
- Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Prepare and present monthly SEO reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for optimization.

**Competitor & Market Research**
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Test and implement innovative SEO techniques to stay ahead of the competition.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
- Experience in conducting keyword research and implementing content optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and website structure for technical SEO improvements.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress, CMS platforms, and website management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
