**Job Description: Gym Trainer**

**Position**: Gym Trainer

**Location**: Kochi

**About Us**: Join our dynamic team at Life Change Fitness, where we are dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Gym Trainer to inspire and guide our members on their fitness journey.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct personalized fitness assessments and create tailored workout plans.
- Provide one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Motivate and support clients to achieve their fitness goals through encouragement and expert advice.
- Monitor and track client progress, adjusting programs as needed.
- Educate clients on safe and effective exercise techniques and proper use of gym equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Promote gym services and memberships to potential and current clients.

**Requirements**:

- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a personal trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, nutrition, and injury prevention.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all fitness levels.
- Professional, punctual, and reliable.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
