**Your key responsibilities**

**Soft-skills**: demonstrated proficiency in working with global and local teams, working in a collaborative Agile environment.

**Experience**: 6+ of experience operating and monitoring Tibco platforms (Businessworks, administrator, EMS).

**Education**: degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT or similar. English proficiency required.

**Knowledge**:

- Base technologies: Develop and test of Process Flows using TIBCO Businessworks, Java development skills (develop test and integrate java code in Businessworks projects), Installation, configuration, operation and monitoring of Tibco Businessworks platform, monitor and analysis of process behavior in a runtime environment,
- Required: webservices (SOAP/REST), messaging (JMS/MQ), database (Oracle/MySQL etc), batch processing, security concepts, Tibco Businessworks runtime platform, testing & debugging e2e, Monitor and analysis of process behavior in a runtime environment, Installation and setup of Businessworks design and runtime environment
- Plus: Tibco Certifications
