Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior TIBCO BusinessWorks Developer with deep expertise in middleware integration and backend services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and develop new features and enhancements using TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x.
  • Provide production support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis of critical issues impacting business operations.
  • Independently resolve complex integration problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services based on SOA architecture.
  • Work with TIBCO EMS messaging, administration, and relevant plug-ins such as SWIFT, Copybook, File System, and Database.
  • Collaborate effectively within Agile and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality integration solutions.
  • Manage deployment, release processes, and change management activities related to integration components.
  • Investigate integration issues and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x.
  • Expertise in TIBCO EMS messaging and TIBCO administration concepts.
  • Proficiency in TIBCO plug-ins including SWIFT, Copybook, File System, and Database.
  • Experience in developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP web services using SOA principles.
  • Solid understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT, and JSON technologies.
  • Experience working in a Linux development environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within DevOps teams.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Strong knowledge of integration technologies, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to lead technical deliverables within a scrum team.
  • Experience with release management, build and deployment processes, and change management.
