Reporting To : Quality Head

To generate GTIN no. from GS1 site. Prepare barcode of respective batches and provide to production dept.

Keep accountability of barcodes and verify barcodes during in process and final dispatch

Review and release packing material as per approved artworks

Verify each established controlled variable and notify the reporting person about deviation on variables

Guide the production team about the quality control/assurance issues to enhance the quality of the product

Provide line clearance to production dept. before starting of the operation, Monitor the production phase at various levels

Ensure cleaning, sanitization activities and environmental conditions in the controlled environment area

Review, monitor and update non conformity and deviation observed during daily in process activity

Responsible for overall quality approval starting from raw material to finish good dispatch

Review the completeness of BMR & Records along with batch completion at every stage till archival of documentation

Review of calibration of instrument / machine & validation of process

To provide detail training to workers, operation and production officers

Overview for clean room behavior and aseptic activity, Check the cleaning of garments and all hygienic activities

Other responsibilities allotted by Quality Head as and when required

Responsible for preparation of calibration, validation, stability study schedules

Sample Tracing and release/ reject procedure for RM, PM, In-process, semi-finished and finished product samples

Reject all RM/PM/IP/FG fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest

Provide line-clearance at manufacturing and packing steps, Documentation control, Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner

Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications

In-line verification of BMR, BPR, batch release and other documents for timely completion

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
