**Position Overview**:
The Officer - In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) is responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing processes comply with regulatory requirements and company standards. This role involves monitoring and verifying that all production activities are carried out in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines to maintain the quality and integrity of the products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Dosage Forms**:

- Monitor and ensure compliance during the manufacturing process of various dosage forms, including but not limited to, tablets, capsules, injectables, and ointments.
- Verify that all dosage forms are produced according to approved specifications and procedures.
- **Capsules**:

- Inspect and verify the quality of capsules during the production process.
- Ensure correct filling, sealing, and packaging of capsules.
- **Tablets**:

- Conduct in-process checks for tablet compression, coating, and packaging.
- Ensure that tablets meet specified weight, hardness, and dissolution criteria.
- **Injectables**:

- Monitor aseptic techniques and sterility assurance during the production of injectables.
- Oversee the filling, sealing, and inspection of vials and ampoules.
- **Ointments**:

- Perform in-process quality checks for ointment preparation, filling, and packaging.
- Ensure uniformity, consistency, and correct labeling of ointments.

**General Responsibilities**:

- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all in-process quality checks.
- Ensure that batch records are complete and accurate.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all operations comply with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
- **Training**:

- Train production staff on quality assurance procedures and GMP compliance.
- Provide guidance on corrective and preventive actions.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Identify and investigate any deviations or non-conformities in the production process.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- **Communication**:

- Liaise with production, quality control, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Report quality metrics and findings to senior management.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
