**Job Title: Telecaller**

**Job Summary**:
As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to individuals or businesses to promote our products/services, generate sales leads, or gather market information. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, provide information about our offerings, and persuade them to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment.

Working days-Mon to Sat

Working time-10 am to 7pm

Salary-8k to 10k

Experience Required-Fresher and experience both can apply

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script or personalized pitch.
- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner, building rapport and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Present and explain products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through active listening and probing questions.
- Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns or promotions.
- Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or demonstrations for interested prospects.
- Continuously update knowledge of products/services, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations and data protection laws.
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses, market trends, and suggestions for improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and data entry.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Typically operates in an office or call center environment.
- May require sitting for extended periods and using a headset.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required to accommodate different time zones or target demographics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
