**Job Title**: SCM Associate - Procurement Support
**Location**: Pune

**Role Overview**:
The SCM Associate - Procurement Support will be responsible for coordinating procurement-related activities, vendor management, data handling, and ensuring compliance with established SCM guidelines. The role involves effective coordination with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to achieve seamless procurement operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate vendor onboarding, modifications, evaluations, and issue resolution.
- Handle SAP transactions, PO modifications, and PR accuracy checks.
- Float RFQs, prepare comparative statements, and support agreement renewals.
- Track PR-PO status, vendor payments, and submit accurate MIS reports.
- Ensure timely material delivery and effective vendor communication.
- Collaborate with vendors, warehouse, finance, and internal teams.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in SCM, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in SAP and strong coordination skills.
- Experience in SAP - HANA is highly preferred.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
