**Responsibilities**:
Outbound Calls:
Initiate and conduct sales calls to prospective clients to promote our skilling/upskilling programs.

Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential customers, focusing on women interested in enhancing their skills.

Sales Conversion:
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and enrolling clients in our programs.

Database Management:
Maintain and update customer information in our CRM/Excel/Google Sheets system accurately.

Qualifications:
**Experience**:
1. Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, preferably in the education or online learning sector.

2. Fresher’s are welcome to apply.

**Skills**:Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive ability.

Technology:
Proficient in using CRM software and telecommunication systems.

Additional Information:

2. Salary Range:

- 5k to 20K + Incentives

3. Immediate or 15-day's joiners are preferred.
