**Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Diabetes Tele-management System - DTMS)**

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Appointment Schedule Management**:

- Coordinate and manage patient appointments efficiently, ensuring timely scheduling and rescheduling as needed.

2. **Sugar Level Reporting Updates**:

- Regularly update the DTMS system with sugar level reports submitted by patients, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

3. **Patient Report Updates**:

- Ensure timely and accurate updating of patient reports in the system, reflecting the latest health information and any changes in treatment plans.

4. **Emergency Report Handling**:

- Promptly communicate critical patient reports to the respective doctors in case of emergencies, ensuring swift and appropriate medical attention.

5. **WhatsApp Communication Monitoring**:

- Monitor WhatsApp communication channels dedicated to patient queries and updates, providing timely responses and assistance as required.

6. **Telle-Follow Up Handling**:

- Handle tele-follow ups with patients, addressing their queries, providing support, and ensuring adherence to treatment plans and appointments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or healthcare administration roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathetically interact with patients.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of diabetes management and related healthcare protocols is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
