**Job Description: Hostel Warden (5-7 Years of Experience in Reputed CBSE Residential School)**

**Position**: Hostel Warden

**Experience**: 5-7 Years
**Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's Degree (in Education/Administration or related field preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years of experience as a Hostel Warden in a CBSE residential school.
- Knowledge of child safeguarding policies and hostel management procedure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Welfare**:

- Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with students.
- Monitor students' well-being, health, and overall comfort.
- Ensure that students follow discipline, maintain decorum, and adhere to hostel rules.
- Organize and supervise recreational and enrichment activities.
- **Discipline & Conduct**:

- Uphold a high standard of discipline and behavior among hostel residents.
- Address disciplinary issues, provide guidance, and encourage positive behaviors.
- Conduct regular room inspections to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- **Safety & Security**:

- Ensure the safety and security of students at all times within the hostel premises.
- Maintain and enforce hostel curfews and check-in/out procedures.
- Respond to emergencies and maintain an incident log for any irregularities.
- **Administration & Operations**:

- Maintain hostel records including attendance, health logs, and inventory management.
- Supervise the hostel staff (e.g., cleaning, kitchen staff), ensuring proper functioning of the hostel’s daily operations.
- Coordinate with school authorities and parents on issues related to student well-being and conduct.
- **Health & Hygiene**:

- Ensure proper cleanliness and hygiene standards across all hostel facilities.
- Oversee the provision of healthy meals and adequate nutrition for students.
- Coordinate with medical personnel in case of any health emergencies or illnesses.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to enforce rules with empathy and firmness.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹37,400.00 - ₹40,300.00 per month
