Supervisor Warden

**Job Title: Female Supervisor cum Warden (From North India)**

**Language: Good Command in Hindi Language is mandatory**

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum Age**:24 years and above**:

- **Proficient in Hindi and English** (spoken and written)
- **Willing to relocate to South India**:

- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**:

- Possess strong **counselling skills** and ability to handle sensitive situations with maturity
- Prior experience in hostel/boarding supervision (preferred but not mandatory)

**Responsibilities**:
**Hostel Supervision**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the hostel and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain discipline and decorum among the students/residents
- Ensure that the rules and regulations of the hostel are followed strictly

**Resident Welfare & Counselling**:

- Act as a **counsellor and mentor** for residents, providing emotional and moral support
- Address grievances and maintain a harmonious living environment
- Handle emergencies calmly and responsibly

**Safety & Security**:

- Ensure the safety and security of all female residents
- Maintain visitor records and monitor entry/exit timings
- Report any unusual activity to higher authorities immediately

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain records of attendance, health issues, complaints, and supplies
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for day-to-day requirements
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review

**Communication & Coordination**:

- Liaise with parents/guardians as needed
- Coordinate with the Centre Head/HR for operational and resident-related concerns
- Organize regular feedback sessions with students/residents

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
