**Job Title: Officer/ Sr. Officer - Sales**

**Unit: Monier Roofing Pvt Ltd (BMI India)**

**Reports to: Assistant Manager Sales (Gujarat & Rajasthan)**

**Main responsibilities of the Job**

1) To develop sales in the designated area for BMI Monier
2) Set up and maintain a professional dealer network

3) To develop and maintain a high degree of contact with key architects, builders, designers & B2B in the **state of Rajasthan**

4) Identify new B2C & B2B projects in the designated area and get our Product specified.

5) Generating enquiries through site mappings in the potential areas of the region

**Performance & result expected out of the job (qualitative and quantitative)**
**- To achieve the sales targets assigned for the region**
- To develop and maintain the dealer network
- To have good negotiation and decision making ability
- To have good coordination with external agencies
- To extend the Marketing activities in the region

**Network for the Job**:
**External**

Architects, Dealers, Builders, B2C, B2B Customers and Sales team

**Internal**

All the Office Staff, Production, Accounts & Logistics Team

**Challenge associated with the JOB**
- To develop the market which is having inferior quality competitor products

**Qualification:

- **Any Graduation with MBA (Marketing)

**Age:

- **36-30

**Experience: - **4-6 years of experience. Preferably worked with architects, interiors, builders along with development of channel network. Experience of working in building material industry.

**Skills**:Smart, dynamic, willing to travel extensively to defined area and good in MS Excel, Word & PPT

**Excellent Communication Skills (Fluent in English, Hindi & local language)**

**Geographic Knowledge**:Workingexperience in Rajasthan. Should be able to travel extensively throughout the state.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
