**Job Purpose**:
To develop high-quality question papers for UPSC CSE Prelims by creating, reviewing, and finalizing questions in a print-ready format.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Create original and relevant questions strictly aligned with the UPSC Prelims syllabus and standards
- Draft comprehensive and well-structured answers with accurate explanations
- Review and refine questions and answers for quality, consistency, and depth
- Proofread and finalize documents for both print and online publication

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- Identify UPSC trends and analyze past question patterns
- Frame questions that meet the standard and evolving demand of UPSC
- Prepare detailed and structured answers with conceptual clarity
- Review answers for content enrichment, structure, and relevance
- Proofread for grammar, formatting, and keyword emphasis
- Finalize question papers in both print-ready and digital formats

**Specific Knowledge & Skills**:

- In-depth understanding of UPSC CSE syllabus, pattern, and exam expectations
- Strong analytical and content development skills
- Excellent written communication and language proficiency
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and AI tools like ChatGPT and BARD
- Attention to detail and commitment to content quality

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum Qualification: Must have appeared in at least 2 UPSC CSE Mains
- Relevant Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and AI tools such as ChatGPT and BARD
