**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage student behavior effectively and implement strategies to support social-emotional learning.
- **Assessment and Reporting**:

- Evaluate student performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare report cards and communicate student progress to parents and guardians.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay updated with best practices in teaching.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share resources and strategies for improving student outcomes.
- **Extra-Curricular Involvement**:

- Engage in school activities and initiatives that promote literacy and a love for the English language.
- Support school events, such as book fairs, reading weeks, and writing competitions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, or a related field.
- Teaching certification/qualification in primary education.
- Experience teaching English at the primary level is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
