**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Assist in handling day-to-day operations, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and documentation.
- **Record Management**: Maintain accurate records and documentation, including updating databases, processing paperwork, and managing correspondence.
- **Coordination**: Assist in coordinating various projects and initiatives, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to find solutions and improve processes.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist in implementing and enforcing internal controls to maintain regulatory compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
