**JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITY**

**Designation: Quality Executive**

**Primary Responsibility**

**1. **Preparation of QMS Documents -Class-B (SOP, Format, WI, List): Update the list of documents (SOP, Machinery) & list of records.

**2. **Maintaining Quality record, issuance of logbooks, formats, Batch Manufacturing Record and all other controlled documents as per requirement.

**3. **Ensure compliance of SOPs.

**4. **Preparation of certificate of analysis (COA).

**5. **Perform the IPQA process as a Quality Officer.

**6. **Document controlling and distribution and retrieval, superseding of master documents.

**7. **Calibration and Qualification of Engineering, Production and QC equipment.

**8. **Verify the logbook of material in ward register & material outward register on periodic basis.

**9. **Collect the sample for testing & perform testing as per respective specification for in-coming material.

**10. **Collect the Control sample as per Quality Plan.

**11. **Give line clearance for packaging and manufacturing operation.

**12. **Verify environmental monitoring of assembling & packing areas and ensure that environmental monitoring is done as per approved schedule.

**13. **Monitor calibration and preventive maintenance activities.

**14. **Perform the pre dispatch inspection.

**15. **Maintenance of Obsolete documents record.

**16. **Report daily observations.

**17. **Other task assignee by the reporting manger
