Job Responsibility:

- Ensure efficiency of crewing functions such as timely crew documentation, crew sourcing, recruitment and retention.
- Ensure joining crews have the necessary competency qualifications to adhere to all applicable regulations and clients requirements.
- Ensure timely update and completeness of crew data in company database.
- To invite/contact new crew to build up/strengthen Sygnius pool of seafarers.
