Field Officer- Sales and Marketing Executive

**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Position**: Sales and Marketing Executive
- Search and contact new farmers, regular Follow Up and resolving the queries of the Farmer to convert non organic to organic.
- Supervise the farmers and crops of concerned projects from time to time.

**Education and Skills**:

- B.Sc/Diploma (Agriculture) or relevant field.
- Good knowledge and experience in organic farming for minimum 0 to 1 year.
- Good Knowledge of Agriculture Commodities.
- Should be comfortable in travelling to different Project locations in Tamil nadu.
- Should be a good team player with multitasking abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
