**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **QA Intern** to join our Quality Assurance team in ensuring the highest standards of **food quality, hygiene, and safety** across all production and service processes. The intern will assist in daily QA activities, product checks, and documentation while gaining hands-on experience in food industry operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the QA team in **monitoring food safety and hygiene practices** across production and service areas.
- Support in **sampling and testing of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products** as per QA protocols.
- Help maintain and update **QA documentation, checklists, and inspection records**.
- Participate in **internal audits and compliance checks** as per FSSAI and company standards.
- Observe and report any **deviations or non-conformities** during production or service operations.
- Coordinate with the **kitchen, production, and purchase teams** to ensure quality compliance.
- Assist in **training sessions or awareness programs** on hygiene and safety for staff.
- Support the QA Executive in implementing **corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed **B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field**.
- Basic understanding of **FSSAI norms, HACCP principles, and GMP practices**.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Eagerness to learn about practical QA operations in the food industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,282.62 - ₹20,000.00 per month
