**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and well-structured Chemistry lessons in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of students with varying learning abilities.
- Prepare students for CBSE board examinations through rigorous practice, assignments, and mock assessments.
- Evaluate students' academic progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain records of student performance and provide periodic progress reports to parents.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources, including laboratory experiments, smart class tools, and online platforms.
- Organize and supervise Chemistry practical sessions as per CBSE guidelines.
- Participate actively in school events, academic planning, and departmental meetings.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students pursuing competitive exams (NEET/JEE).
- Maintain classroom discipline and a safe learning environment.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in education and pedagogy.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Postgraduate degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory as per CBSE norms.
- Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in a CBSE school.
- Experience in preparing students for competitive exams will be an advantage.
