**Edify World School Attapur, Hyderabad is hiring PGT Economics Teacher with 3-5 years experience in CAIE curriculum.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Instruction and Curriculum Development**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences in Physics and Chemistry.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials aligned with curriculum standards.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to address different learning styles and needs.
- Integrate technology and hands-on experiments to enhance learning.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Design and implement assessments that measure student understanding and progress.
- Grade and provide feedback on student work in a timely manner.
- Use assessment data to adjust teaching strategies and improve student learning outcomes.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Establish and maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote a respectful and productive learning atmosphere.
- Address student behavior issues promptly and constructively.
- **Student Support and Engagement**:

- Provide individual and group support to help students succeed academically.
- Encourage student participation and engagement in science-related activities.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career goals related to science.
- **Professional Development and Collaboration**:

- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the instructional program and share best practices.
- Attend and contribute to departmental and school-wide meetings.
- **Extracurricular Involvement**:

- Support and/or lead science clubs, competitions, and other extracurricular activities.
- Organize and chaperone field trips and science-related events as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree ; Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous teaching experience in Economics at the middle or high school level preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
